Provides financial
assistance for emergency rent, mortgage, and utility payments to prevent
eviction, foreclosure, and utility disconnections for indigent persons
with mental illness.
Can help with rental deposit in emergency
situations where the client is at risk of homelessness.HOW SERVICE IS
PROVIDED: On-site; by mailWHO QUALIFIES: Geauga County adults 18 or
older with mental illness.
Household income must be at or below 35
percent of the area median income in Geauga County.HOURS OF SERVICE:
M-F: 8:00am-4:30pmFEES: FreeREQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Will be notified upon
intake, but should be prepared to provide billing statements and proof
of income, as well as a clinical signature verifying diagnosis (Axis

Center primarily designated to helping the Amish population of Geauga
and Trumbull Counties, but will also assist the local population in
general.
Provides mental health counseling and psychiatric services.
