Description
- Investigates charges of discrimination in employment, public accommodations, housing, credit and higher education on the bases of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, ancestry or familial status.
- Must file complaints within six months (or one year for housing complaints) of the alleged act of discrimination.
- OCRC must make a finding within one year after the charge is filed.
