Dear Sir/Madame: I am appreciative of the financial assistance given to me last year. I was able to obtain the prescription of Copaxone. The intricacies of last year were very challenging, as we had to get accustomed to "a new normal" and the uncertainty of our "next set of instructions" associated with COVID19. I was extra vigilant about my medication regiment, as a patient with Multiple Sclerosis and the instructions given regarding the administration of the two vaccination shots and the one booster shot required a timely fashion. I know my adjustment to this multitude of changes would not have been as fluid and smooth without the assistance of the HealthWell Foundation. The manner of services was well orchestrated. I would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to the Board Members, doctors, nurses, coordinators, pharmacists, delivery service, receptionists, and anyone else associated with the distribution of the mediation to me and others. Fortunately, the medication did assist in decreasing the progression of the disease. I have experienced some ambulation difficulties; however, my prayers, attendance to the YMCA water aerobics, and my receipt of an abundance of joy from my children and grandchildren keep me believing that I must keep moving!
