Each individual pharmaceutical company has its own eligibility criteria.

The criteria may include one or more of the following:

1. Income guidelines
2. Citizenship status
3. Asset guidelines
4. Veterans benefits status
5. Prescription benefits currently received through other programs, such as Medicaid.
