Available to any person who believes they have been discriminated against, within Tippecanoe County, in the areas of
- employment
- access to public accommodations, or the purchase or rental of housing
- on the basis of race
- sex
- religion
- color
- handicap
- familial status
- national origin, or sexual orientation.

Lafayette Housing Authority (100 Executive Drive, Suite A),
Lafayette Urban Ministries (525 North Fourth Street),
Legal Aid Corporation of Tippecanoe County (212 North 5th Street),
Legal Services Program of Northern Indiana, Inc (639 Columbia Street),
McAllister Community Center (2351 North 20th Street),
Tippecanoe County Public Library (627 South Street) and YWCA of Greater Lafayette (605 North 6th Street).
Complaints must be filed within 90 days after the act of discrimination either in person or by mail with the Mayor's Office at Lafayette City Hall.
