Helps people resolve non-criminal disputes (i.e. landlord/tenant, roommate, neighbor, consumer/merchant, parent/child, family and inter-group conflicts) in a constructive, informal manner. Mediation is a low-cost alternative to legal action. Mediators contact all parties in a referred dispute to solicit participation in the program.
