- Brown Bag Gift Program which delivers cards and gifts to residents of intermediate care facilities diagnosed with mental illness;
- a computer recycling program;
- a Consumer Council;
- an art gallery;
- monitoring of print and verbal media for evidence of misinformation and stigma;
- newsletter;
- publications;
- lending library; and information on clinical trials.
