St. Vincent de Paul Societies strive to assist the poor through financial, material, community, and spiritual assistance.

Through dynamic programs and with dedicated volunteers, St. Vincent de Paul assists thousands of families in Ada County every year through their Helpline.

Volunteers and members of the parish work to assist the poor in the community by operating food banks, taking calls from the Helpline, doing home visits and assisting the poor by providing financial assistance.

*Offers free Medicare Part D application assistance to local seniors and limited-income residents on Monday-Friday 9:30-12:30 p.m. at the Boise Thrift Store, 6464 W State Street, Boise

*The help line does not help with rental assistance, mortgage assistance, car payments, car insurance or telephone bills.

*A Catholic lay organization, St. Vincent de Paul welcomes volunteers of all faiths, creeds, backgrounds, and abilities to join in its mission of alleviating poverty.
