• housing repairs for the low-income elderly or disabled homeowners.
• Solicits financial donations and/or volunteer teams from businesses, churches, financial institutions, civic groups, military organizations, labor unions, etc.
• The teams provide most of the labor and they provide materials donated or purchased using donations or grants.
• Homeowners submit applications through mail or at City Hall.
• They meet with homeowner and perform home inspection to determine eligibility.
• If eligible, a more detailed repair "work write-up" is made indicating all the repairs needed.
• They order all necessary materials, supplies, solicit volunteer groups, and match groups to the home owner.
