1.) a sex offender can never live in public housing.

2.) A person who is convicted of a felony is not eligible for public housing for 5 years.

3.) Someone who has a misdemeanor for drug sale or drug manufacturing cannot live in public housing.

You must have a clean background to live in public housing.

* Housing for low to moderate income individuals

* Housing assistance under the HAPP (section 8) program

There are one, two, and three bedroom apartment available, there is a waiting list for those individuals not accepted right away.
