Description

Nassau County Health Department provides information, testing, education and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STD�s), HIV, tuberculosis (TB) and other reportable diseases.

Services include:

  • epidemiology,
  • disease surveillance and Investigation,
  • plus TB and STD control,
  • HIV/AIDS education,
  • outreach and prevention, and childhood and adult Immunizations.

Tests are available at Yulee, Callahan, Hilliard, and Fernandina Beach clinics. Confidential and anonymous HIV testing is available at all sites.
