This scholarship was established by Mary Houliston MacDonald. She very much wanted to make it possible for women to be able to have the means to receive or complete their education or training in order to be independent. Applications may be mailed or delivered. Applications may NOT be faxed or emailed. Scholarship is for women age 28 or older who are widowed, divorced or abandoned by their husband.
