Description
Marion CHD offers confidential and anonymous testing, education, medical services, case management and an Infectious Diseases Clinic.
Testing is done by appointment and walk-ins Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm.
This agency also takes referrals for AIDS services (physician, ADAP) from Citrus, Hernando, Lake, Sumter and Marion counties.
The AIDS Drug Assistance Program is restricted to Marion County residents only.
Marion CHD is a PAC provider.
