(4) sexually transmitted disease checks and treatment;

(5) pap smears;

(6) dental care;

(7) all immunizations for children;

(8) screening for vision, hearing, and sugar levels;

(9) preventative and surveillance action for communicable diseases;

(10) birth and death certificates issuance;

(11) school physicals for children;

(12) blood pressure testing;

(13) prenatal care;

(14) HIV/AIDS testing and test counseling;

(15) nutrition evaluation and counseling (WIC);

(16) tobacco prevention;

(17) teen pregnancy prevention;

(18) environmental health services;

(19) primary care; (20) ADAP.
