The Gadsden CHD offers the following services:

1) tuberculosis screening and treatment;

2) fills insulin prescriptions, supplies flu shots and, epilepsy medication;

3) family planning;

4) sexually transmitted disease checks and treatment;

5) mammograms and pap smears;

6) Medicaid screening;

7) all immunizations for children; some adult immunizations;

8) preventive and surveillance action for communicable diseases;

9) issues birth and death certificates;

10) parasite treatment;

11) HIV/AIDS testing/counseling;

12) septic tank permitting/Environmental Health;

13) water evaluation;

14) tobacco cessation;

15) WIC; Healthy Start; school health; 16) dental clinic for children and adults at two locations, the Quincy clinic and Chattahoochee at 680 Maple St, (850) 663-24

20. The Quincy clinic is open M-F, while Chattachoochee is open M-W. The Gretna Clinic is located at 14678 Main St.
