Description
This multi-purpose center offers direct financial aid for the medically
disabled, crisis-oriented casework services, voters registration,
emergency food commodities, child fingerprinting and energy assistance
(up to $250 if disconnected and person qualifies), when available. A
multi-purpose room is available to rent for community meetings. Also at
this site is a CAA Senior meals program, Consumer credit counseling, DHS
child development services, DHS Homeless outreach services, DHS office
of rehabilitative services diversion program, family victims services,
University of Miami Comprehensive AIDS program, South Florida AIDS
network and legal services. To receive rent/utility assistance, must
show the final notices of eviction/or disconnect FPL service. Serves zip
codes 33030, 33033, 33034 and 33035.

I have a tenant that is having a hard time paying her rent and she is a bit behind on her rent. Do you know if there is a facility that can help her. The Landlord already posted a 3 day notice.
