Treasure Coast Health Councils Care Network is responsible for the administration of District 15s Ryan White Title II funds.

This agency acts as fiscal contract administrator and does not provide patient care services directly, but brings together providers and persons with HIV or AIDS.

Service referrals are made to outpatient primary health care; drug payment assistance; dental care; case management; mental health counseling and/or substance abuse counseling; transportation services; translation services; emergency food supplements; and health insurance assistance.
