Description:

This program provides emergency assistance to unemployed, under-employed, and less than fully employed people.

These individuals are without means to provide for themselves when funds are available, OCAP can make a one-time rent/mortgage payment to prevent eviction and a one time utility payment to provide persons with assistance through crisis timess in their lives

Hours:

8:00 am-4:30 pm, Mon-Fri

Intake procedure:

Consumers have to come into their office, bring proof of income and complete an intake form

Eligibility:

Individuals who meet the HHS income poverty guidelines
