• The purpose of the HPRP programs are to identify and quantify the needs of the homeless and at risk of being homeless but for this assistance in Southwest Alabama; to coordinate efforts of various agencies providing assistance.

All applicants must live within Mobile or Baldwin counties and:

1. Household income must be at or below 50% of Area Median Income as published by HUD Mobile County Baldwin County

1 person = $17,350 $20,350

2 persons= $19,800 $23,300

3 persons= $22,300 $26,200

4 persons= $24,750 $29,100

5 persons= $26,750 $31,450

6 persons= $28,700 $33,750

7 persons= $30,700 $36,100

8 persons= $32,650 $38,400
