Solicits financial donations and/or volunteer teams

Homeowners submit applications through mail or at City Hall.They meet with homeowner and perform home inspection to determine
eligibility.
If eligible, a more detailed repair "work write-up" is

materials, supplies, solicit volunteer groups, and match groups to the
