Legal Services of North Florida offers advice and counsel over the phone to eligible callers in a variety of areas of the law, primarily cases such as consumer, public assistance benefits (SSI, SSID, food stamps and TANF), landlord/tenant problems (especially evictions), and family law assistance in cases of abuse. No criminal or traffic violation cases are handled. Disaster relief services may be provided to persons who have suffered legal problems as a result of tropical storms.
