Columbus House offers comprehensive case management services agency-wide through emergency, transitional and permanent supportive housing. Case managers provide assessment and referrals to appropriate community services to help clients identify and overcome many of the causes of their homelessness. Columbus House has outreach and engagement teams, employment and peer specialist programs and also a Road to Recovery transportation service.
