Connecticut chapter provides disaster preparedness/disaster response,
assistance to military families, community blood drives, AIDS education
and prevention, and health and safety education classes including

options have been identified, and*The person lacks the financial
resources and support networks needed to obtain immediate housing or

St. Vincent De Paul Place - Middletown
Archdiocese of
Norwich ministry operates a supportive housing program for people with
mental illness, substance abuse problems, or AIDS.
The agency also
operates a soup kitchen, a food pantry, and provides assistance with
utility and emergency services to Middletown area residents in need.
Soup kitchen operates M-Sat, serving breakfast from 8-10:30am and lunch
from 11:45am-1:30pm.
